2. Service Description & Delivery
CloudMint facilitates the security transfer of legacy administrative consoles and domain-compatible configurations. Upon payment confirmation, the delivery details are processed as follows:
- **Average Delivery Window:** Details are compiled and dispatched to your provided contact coordinates within 30 minutes under standard business operations.
- **Handover Scope:** We provide standard administrative login configurations, setup guidelines, and domain link instructions.
3. 30-Day Replacement Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our legacy consoles. We offer a full 30-day replacement warranty under the following parameters:
- If the console credentials display technical configuration issues or recovery blocks during the first 30 days, we will replace the console at no additional cost.
- The warranty does not cover issues resulting from spamming, bulk cold-mailing violations, account sharing outside secure locations, or direct violations of acceptable hosting usage guidelines.
4. Domain Verification & Security Requirements
Upon taking delivery of the console credentials, customers are required to:
- Log in and immediately update all recovery contacts, verification phone numbers, and set up secondary 2FA parameters.
- Configure custom domain MX, TXT, and SPF records according to the provided setup guidelines.
- Accept sole responsibility for the secure handling of admin access credentials post-handover.
5. Independent Reseller Disclaimer
CloudMint operates as an independent reseller of legacy profiles and custom domain consoles. All third-party software, platform names, and corporate trademarks (such as Google Workspace, G Suite, AWS, Amazon SES) are the sole property of their respective owners. CloudMint has no official endorsement, sponsorship, or licensing affiliation with these corporations.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CloudMint be held liable for any secondary, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from system modifications, software adjustments, or policy updates implemented by third-party platforms in the future. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific console package.
